• 3/28: Domestic violence and harassment was reported at the 4200 block of Hathaway Lane

• 3/28: Menacing was reported at Marshall Drive

• 3/28: Theft of property was reported at Odum Road

• 3/28: Theft of lost property (U.S. passport and currency) was reported at Odum Road

• 3/28: Theft of property (furniture) was reported at Mount Olive Road

• 3/28: Theft of property was reported at Dean Drive

• 3/28: Theft of property (motorcycle) was reported at the 1500 block of Decatur Highway

• 3/29: Theft of property was reported at Main Street

• 3/30: Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property (wallets, money, electronics) were reported at Fieldstown Road

• 3/30: Burglary and theft of property (electronics) were reported at Main Street

• 3/31: Menacing was reported at the 200 block of Ardella Circle

• 4/1: Harassment and theft of property was reported at the 4000 block of Hathaway Lane

• 4/1: Criminal mischief was reported at the 300 block of Cathy Lane

GARDENDALE ARRESTS

• 3/25: A Fultondale man, 47, was arrested at Decatur Highway on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol

• 3/26: A Dora man, 46, was arrested at Homewood City Jail on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument

• 3/28: A Gardendale man, 40, was arrested at Odum Road on charges of theft of property in the third degree

• 3/28: A Mount Olive man, 34, was arrested at Minor Parkway on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument

• 3/29: A Warrior woman, 22, was arrested at Gardendale City Jail on charges of reckless endangerment

• 3/29: A Gardendale man, 25, was arrested at Decatur Highway for leaving the scene of an accident

• 3/30: A Montgomery man, was arrested at Hayden Road and Maple Drive on charges of robbery in the third degree

• 3/31: A Warrior man, 21, was arrested at West Shugart Ridge Road/Fieldstown Road on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol

FULTONDALE ARRESTS

• 3/24: A Fultondale man, 27, was arrested at Walker Chapel Road on charges of public intoxication

• 3/26: A Mount Olive man, 48, was arrested at Walker Chapel Plaza on charges of public intoxication

• 3/26: A Gardendale man, 19, was arrested at Decatur Highway on a theft of property warrant

• 3/28: A Fultondale man, 22, was arrested at Walker Chapel Road on charges of harassment

• 3/28:  A woman of an undisclosed location, 43, was arrested at Decatur Highway on charges of shoplifting

• 3/29: A Birmingham man, 52, was arrested at Highway 78 on charges of theft of property

WARRIOR ARREST

• 3/25: Male juvenile in the 1000 block of Hanna Street was charged with possession of marijuana.

KIMBERLY INCIDENTS

• 3/26: A woman in the 500 block of Crane Street reported harassing communications via telephone.

• 3/25: A resident in the 9800 block of Deerview Lane reported his SUV was broken into and theft of a pistol and a two-way phone valued at $750.
