Funeral services for Hugh Vernon Watson, 70, of Hayden will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at Trinity Pentecostal Church of Hanceville, Bro. Vernon Alvis officiating, with interment in Fairview West Cemetery in Hanceville.

Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Watson died Saturday, March 10, at his residence. He was born in  Cullman County to Johnny Watson and Leona Boone Watson. He was a truck driver and was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church of Hanceville.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Watson; three daughters, Angie (Robin) Jenkins, Debbie (Tim) Cornelius and Judy (Jerry) Coker; a brother, Donny Watson; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
