Arrests
Indecent exposure — James Brett Frank, 45, of Cullman arrested on 3rd St. NE.
Forfeiture-DUI — Jeffery Wayne Hooper, 45, of Holly Pond arrested on Highway 69.
Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — Jodie Nichole Weaver, 22, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Disorderly conduct — Rodney Allen Bailey, 39, of Cullman arrested on Katherine St. SW.
Public intoxication — Leopoldo Mendez, 39, of Hanceville arrested on Logan St. SW.
Incidents
Burglary — Lake Shore Dr. SW, Smith & Wesson 9 mm-$400.
Theft of property — O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, 2nd Ave. SW, 2008 Ford Ranger-$5,000.
Damaged vehicle — West Main Ave. SW, 2002 Ford Expedition-$150.
Domestic violence — Tanner Dr. NW.
Criminal mischief, theft of property — Pepsi Cola, 1st Ave. SW, machine damaged, currency and drinks stolen-$360.
Theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Highway 278 W, Lortab pills-$175.

Arrests
Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI — Randy Allan Abbott, 51, arrested in Gardendale.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Betty Swann Hancock, 51, arrested in Bremen.
Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years of age — Michael Ray Jones, 50, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic violence — Tiffanie Layne Lawrence, 29, arrested in Cullman.
Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Randal Keith Link, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Resisting arrest, failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Amanda N. Norris, 34, arrested in Cullman.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Tina Marie Parker, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Possession of a forged instrument — Victoria Lisabeth Potter, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Jane Trella Conn Reaves, 38, arrested in Cullman.
Failure to appear-failure to stop at stop sign — Manuel Saucedo, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Public intoxication — Susan Lea Williams, 32, arrested in Cullman.
Manslaughter, vehicular homicide, first-degree assault (5 counts), second-degree assault (3 counts) — Wayne Thomas Lynch Wycoff, 41, arrested in Hanceville.
