Fultondale Arrests

• 7/20: A Fultondale man, 23, was arrested on charges of public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Subway Shell

• 7/20: Criminal trespassing and harassing communications was reported at the 2300 block of Wharton Avenue

• 7/20: Simple assault and presenting a firearm was reported at the 1800 block of Carson Road

• 7/20: Dangerous drugs was reported at the Subway Shell

• 7/20: Unauthorized use of an automobile was reported at the 500 block of Fultonbrook Drive

• 7/21: Dog bite was reported at Walker Chapel Road and Brisco Street

• 7/21: Simple assault was reported at the 600 block of Tamby Drive



Gardendale arrests

• 7/21: A Gardendale man, 29, was arrested on charges of DUI at Tarrant Road and Skelton Avenue

• 7/22: A Birmingham woman, 38, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 7/23: A Gardendale man, 35, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 7/23: A Fultondale woman, 25, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance at Carriage Drive and Odum Road

• 7/23: A Birmingham woman, 25, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia at Carriage Drive and Odum Road

• 7/24: A Morris man, 46, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia at Interstate 65 275 on-ramp

• 7/25: A Birmingham woman, 25, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart



Gardendale incidents

• 7/20: Burglary and theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Fieldstown Road

• 7/20: Theft of property (motorcycle) was reported at the 1200 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 7/20: A trespass warning was reported at the 2300 block of Chapel Ridge Place

• 7/20: Theft of property and harassment was reported at the 900 block of Absher Street

• 7/20: Burglary and theft o property was reported at the 4500 block of Rolling Ridge Lane

• 7/21: Theft of property and home repair fraud was reported at the 1800 block of Maple Drive

• 7/21: Criminal mischief was reported at the 800 block of Main Street

• 7/21: Forgery was reported at the 2700 block of Windwood Drive

• 7/21: Criminal trespassing 1st was reported at the 300 block of Leigh Circle

• 7/21: Loitering was reported at the 1000 block of Main Street

• 7/22: Criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported at the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 7/22: Theft of property (food, charcoal) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 7/22: Domestic violence (harassment) was reported at the 2300 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 7/22: Theft of property (cell phone) was reported at the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 7/23: Theft of property (knives) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 7/23: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance was reported at Carriage DRive and Odum Road

• 7/23: Unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Carriage Drive and Odum Road

• 7/24: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Interstate 65 275 ramp

• 7/24: Illegal use or fraudulent possession of a credit / debit card was reported at the 1000 block of Decatur Highway

• 7/24: Theft of property (knives) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 7/24: Identity theft was reported at the 3000 block of Watts Drive

• 7/25: Theft of property (clothes) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 7/26: Damage to property (vehicle) was reported at the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 7/26: Injury to an inmate was reported at the Gardendale Municipal Jail



Kimberly arrests

• 7/24: A Cullman man, 20, was arrested on charges of underage drinking at T.P. Millers

• 7/24: A Hanceville man, 39, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at T.P. Millers

• 7/25: A Kimberly man, 40, was arrested on charges of public intoxication

• 7/25: A Crane Hill man, 33, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at T.P. Millers

• 7/22: A Warrior man, 33, was arrested on charges of probation violation at Probation Services in Gardendale

• 7/23: A Morris man, 47, was arrested on charges of DUI at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road

• 7/23: A Remlap man, 18, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana 2nd at Interstate 65 mile marker 276

• 7/24: A Warrior man, 47, was arrested on charges of open container of alcohol in a vehicle, firearms license required, and DUI at the 100 block of Twinridge Lane

• 7/25: A Morris man, 54, was arrested on charges of domestic violence 3rd at an unlisted location

• 7/25: A Morris man, 23, was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and carrying brass knuckles and a slingshot at Doss Hollow Road

• 7/23: Roadway hazard was reported at U.S. 31 N

• 7/23: Possession of marijuana 2nd and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Interstate 65 mile marker 276

• 7/21: A Warrior man, 45, was arrested on charges of assault 3rd at the 200 block of Main Street

• 7/25: A Warrior man, 50, was arrested on charges of domestic violence 3rd at the 500 block of Poplar Street

• 7/25: A Hayden woman, 18, was arrested on charges of speeding, DUI, open container and minor in consumption of alcohol at the 2700 block of Ricetown Road in Hayden
