Ruby Nell (Vaughn) Doyle, age 81, of Pine Valley, California went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2008. A memorial service was held Jan. 3 at Ocotillo Bible Church with her son, Pastor Tim Doyle, officiating. Burial followed at El Cajon cemetery. Nell was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and was a dear friend to many. She was born and raised in North Jefferson County Alabama; she moved to the San Diego area in 1958 where she and her husband Clarence raised their family of 8 children. She pursued a career as a nursing home owner and administrator. Nell walked with the Lord and was a faithful member of the Ocotillo Bible Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Clarence Doyle, 7 of her 8 children, and 86 grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
