Good Shepherd Lutheran Church will be hosting a special dinner and concert on Jan. 31 at 5 p.m. The concert will feature Nashville recording artists Beyond the Ashes. Dinner begins at 5 p.m. and the concert begins at 6:30. A freewill donation will be collected. Call 631-6590 for more info.

• Good Shepherd Lutheran will also host a Super Bowl Extravaganza on Feb. 1 4 p.m. Watch the game on big screen while the children enjoy the “Kids Zone” and Wii tournament. There will be also be a Texas Hold ’em ($25 entry fee) and Bunko ($10 entry fee) tournament as a fund-raiser for their children’s ministry. Prizes will be handed out throughout the night. Food and refreshments will be provided for all. Call 631-6590 for more information.
