The following incidents and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson police agencies for the week of March 9-March 16, 2009:



Fultondale Incidents

• 3/19: Larceny (miscellaneous) was reported in the 300 block of Walker Chapel Road

• 3/20: Criminal mischief was reported in Stoneybrook Village

• 3/20: Domestic violence was reported in the 1100 block of Chapel Creek Court

• 3/21: Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of 5th Avenue

• 3/22: A suspicious fire was reported in the 1500 block of Decatur Highway



Fultondale Arrests

There were no arrests reported



Gardendale Incidents

• 3/16: Theft of property (enclosed trailer) was reported in the 900 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 3/16: Criminal littering and illegal possession of prescription drugs was reported in the 900 block of Fieldstown Road

• 3/16: Domestic violence was reported in the 900 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 3/16: A gas drive-off was reported at Murphy Oil

• 3/17: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance were reported in the 1000 block of Main Street

• 3/17: Promoting prison contraband was reported at the Gardendale city jail

• 3/18: Burglary was reported in the 400 block of Tarrant Road

• 3/18: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported in the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 3/18: Domestic violence (delayed) was reported in the 3600 block of Ash Place

• 3/18: Domestic violence was reported in the 3000 block of Ash Place

• 3/19: A drug overdose was reported in the 100 block of Graves Road

• 3/19: A natural death was reported in the 1400 block of Thompson Circle

• 3/20: Robbery (third degree) was reported in the 1000 block of Main Street

• 3/22: Attempting to elude and reckless endangerment was reported on Mt. Olive Road

• 3/22: An unclassified death was reported in the 700 block of Princeton Parkway



Gardendale Arrests

• 3/16: A Gardendale woman, 53, was arrested on charges of public intoxication, criminal littering and possession of prescription drugs at 930 Fieldstown Road

• 3/17: A Fultondale woman was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 3/17: A Gardendale man, 29, and Gardendale woman, 25, were arrested on charges of receiving stolen property at the city jail

• 3/17: Two Cullman men, aged 52 and 42, and a Cullman woman, 39, were arrested on various charges, including unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of Main Street

• 3/18: A Fultondale man, 24, was arrested on charges of attempt to commit a controlled substance crime

• 3/18: A Hanceville woman, 37, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance in the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 3/21: A Gardendale man, 26, was arrested on charges of public intoxication in the 1200 block of Chapel Ridge Drive



Kimberly incidents

• 3/21: A minor was arrested for public intoxication at T.P. Miller’s



Morris incidents

Morris arrests

• 3/17: A Warrior man, 29, was arrested on charges of DUI at Morris Majestic Road and Kimberly Cut-Off Road

• 3/18: A Fultondale woman, 30, was arrested on charges of probation violation at Walker Chapel Road in Fultondale

• 3/19: A Birmingham man, 28, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Cross Creek Drive

• 3/19: An Ashville man, 38, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Morris Majestic Road and Haig Cemetery Road

• 3/21: A Gardendale man, 18, was arrested on charges of DUI at Morris Majestic Road and Payless Drugstore

• 3/21: A juvenile was arrested on charges of a minor being in consumption of alcohol at Morris Majestic Road and Payless Drugstore



Warrior incidents

• 3/16: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance was reported at CVS Pharmacy

• 3/20: Theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Seloca Road

• 3/21: Child abuse was reported at the 400 block of Church Street

• Criminal mischief was reported at the 900 block of Warrior Jasper Road



Warrior arrests

• A Hanceville woman, 42, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance (forged prescription) at CVS Pharmacy
