Mrs. Louise Akers Sansing, age 91 of Mt. Olive, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2009. Louise was born in Hohonwald, Tenn. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Olive where she taught children’s Sunday school for many years. She was a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class, member of the Adult and Celebration Choirs. “Louise loved to sing.” She loved to bake, cook and can vegetables. She loved her trips to Orange Beach and shopping trips to Cullman with her friends. She was a library aide at Mt Olive Elementary and Gardendale High School for 26 years. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Sansing. She is survived by her son, Stanley Sansing, one niece and eight nephews. Services were held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
