Garden tip: Sprinkling Borax will help kill weeds that grow in the cracks of your walk or tight places. If you have a problem with some weeds, use vinegar or salt directly on the weed after it has started to grow.

• Sympathy and prayers are needed for the family of Melvin Clayton. May God be with each of you at this time.

• Our community lost a great neighbor last week when Melvin Clayton went home to be with the Lord. May God be with the children at this time of their loss.

• Pray for Essie Mae Lowe, Jeff Purcella nd all that are sick and hurting.
