The following incidents and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson police agencies for the week of Feb. 16-23, 2009:



Fultondale Incidents

• 2/17: Illegal possession and use of a credit card was reported in the 3400 block of Lowery Parkway

• 2/17: A domestic incident was reported in the 1000 block of North Sugarberry Road

• 2/17: Larceny was reported at Hardees at 1616 Decatur Highway

• 2/17: A missing person was reported in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Circle

• 2/18: Domestic violence was reported in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Circle

• 2/18: Auto theft (Ford Ranger) was reported in the 1200 block of Chapel Creek Way

• 2/19: Harassment was reported in the 500 block of Overlook Drive

• 2/19: Identity theft was reported in the 3000 block of New Castle Road

• 2/20: Theft of a vehicle tag was reported in the 1900 block of Hyche Street

• 2/20: Criminal mischief was reported on Pine Hill Road in Tarrant

• 2/20: A purse snatching was reported at Chili’s Restaurant

• 2/20: A trespass warning was reported in the 1000 block of South Sugarberry Drive

• 2/22: Theft of property (vehicle) was reported in the 900 block of Decatur Highway

• 2/22: Burglary and larceny from a residence was reported in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Circle

Fultondale had no felony arrests



Gardendale Incidents

• 2/16: Theft of property was reported in the 200 block of Franklin Drive

• 2/16: Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of Garst Drive

• 2/16: Assault was reported in the 500 block of Buckskin Lane

• 2/17: Criminal mischief and theft of services was reported at 2253 Decatur Highway

• 2/17: Theft of property (food items) was reported at 1014 Main Street

• 2/17: A dog was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Kayewood Drive

• 2/17: Criminal mischief and burglary was reported in the 300 block of Jamestown Manor Drive

• 2/17: A gas drive-off was reported at Murphy Oil

• 2/19: Theft of property (Red Bull and diet pills) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/19: Unlawful possession of a forged instrument was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/19: Harassment was reported in the 5000 block of McCormack Drive

• 2/19: Theft of property was reported at Gardendale Mini Storage at 2325 Decatur Highway

• 2/19: Theft of property (various toiletries and clothing) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/19: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/19: A dog attack was reported in the 3700 block of Magnolia Court

• 2/19: Theft of property (boat covers) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/20: Assault was reported in the 1100 block of Main Street

• 2/20: A juvenile overdose was reported in the 200 block of Dooley Drive

• 2/20: Theft of property was reported in the 700 block of Country Club Trail

• 2/21: Unauthorized breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 2/21: Theft of property was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/21: Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Hickory Street and Red Rock Road

• 2/21: A damaged mailbox was reported in the 4300 block of Longwood Drive

• 2/22: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Woodbrook Apartments



Gardendale Arrests

• 2/17: A Fultondale man, 43, was arrested on charges of theft of property third, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and no possession of an ex-felon card in the 1000 block of Main Street

• 2/19: A Birmingham woman, 31, was arrested on charges of theft of property third at Wal-Mart

• 2/19: A Gardendale woman, 20, was arrested on charges of theft of property third at the Jefferson County Jail

• 2/19: A Warrior woman, 32, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication in the 2200 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 2/21: A Hayden man, 22, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 2/21: A Birmingham man, 24, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at Hickory Street and Red Rock Road

• 2/22: A Gardendale man, 19, was arrested on charges of DUI at Mt. Olive Boulevard and Interstate 65



Kimberly Incidents

• 2/15: A missing person was reported at IGA

• 2/20: A dog at large was reported at the 9500 block of Pharris Lane

Kimberly arrests

There were no arrests reported for the past week



Morris Incidents

• 2/21: A house fire investigation was conducted at the 600 block of Banks Street



Morris Arrests

No felony arrests were reported



Warrior Incidents

• 2/16: Burglary and theft of property were reported at the 100 block of Louisa Street

• 2/17: Forgery was reported at Piggly Wiggly

• 2/19: A meth lab was reported at the 300 block of Owen Street

• 2/20: Theft of property (a wallet valued at $17) was reported at Tanya’s Boutique



Warrior Arrests

• 2/18: Two juveniles were arrested on charges of public intoxication at the 200 block of Cain Creek Road
