The following incidents and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson police agencies for the week of March 23-March 30, 2009:



Fultondale Incidents

• 3/25: Accidental property damage was reported in the 4700 block of Indian Valley Road

• 3/27: Burglary and larceny were reported in the 3000 block of Whispering Pines Drive

• 3/30: Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1400 block of 8th Avenue



Gardendale Incidents

• 3/23: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 2200 block of Decatur Highway

• 3/24: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported at Wal-Mart

• 3/25: Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported in the 800 block of Twin Ridge Drive

• 3/25: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana was reported at Fieldstown and Odum roads

• 3/26: Theft of property was reported in the 1600 block of Jaye Drive

• 3/26: Domestic violence and criminal mischief were reported in the 2000 block of Pinehurst Drive

• 3/27: Domestic violence was reported in the 100 block of Scenic Drive

• 3/27: Burglary was reported in the 300 block of Pineywood Road

• 3/27: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 800 block of Skelton Avenue

• 3/27: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported at Decatur Highway and Republic Avenue

• 3/27: Domestic violence was reported in the 800 block of Main Street

• 3/27: Unlawful possession of marijuana was reported in the 800 block of Ash Avenue

• 3/29: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported at Cracker Barrell

• 3/29: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 5800 block of Moncrief Road

• 3/30: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Catherine Court



Gardendale Arrests

• 3/23: A Gardendale woman, 40, was arrested on charges of assault in the 200 block of Benson Road

• 3/24: A Gardendale man, 56, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana in the 800 block of Twin Ridge Drive

• 3/25: A Morris man, 31, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at Fieldstown and Odum roads

• 3/27: A Gardendale man, 48, was arrested on charges of burglary in the 200 block of Pineywood Road

• 3/27: A Fultondale man, 18, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance at Decatur Highway and Republic Avenue

• 3/27: A Cullman woman, 28, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 3/27: A Gardendale man, 49, was arrested on charges of DUI in the 100 block of Kyle Court



Kimberly

• No incidents or arrests were reported



Morris incidents

• 3/25: Harassing communications was reported at the 400 block of Wood Lane

• 3/27: Property damage (vehicle windshield) was reported at the 1100 block of Morris Majestic Road

• 3/27: A domestic incident was reported at the 200 block of Rolling Hills Drive

• 3/27: An attempted suicide was reported at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road



Morris arrests

• 3/24 A Kimberly man, 28, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Cross Creek Drive

• 3/25: A Birmingham man, 26, was arrested on charges of giving false information to law enforcement at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Warrior city limits

• 3/26: A Morris man, 27, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, resisting arrest with force and assault third at the 200 block of Rolling Hills Drive



Warrior incidents

• 3/24: Theft of property (car bumpers, rear end, manifold and angel iron) was reported at Auto Repair and Welding

• 3/24: Assault was reported at the 500 block of May Circle

• 3/24: Burglary (XBox, CDs) was reported at the 600 block of Mae Circle

• 3/26: A vicious dog was reported at the 200 block of Elm Street

• 3/27: Unauthorized manufacturing of a controlled substance was reported at the 100 block of Dana Road



Warrior arrests

• 3/24: A Warrior man, 49, was arrested on charges of theft of property third at the 1100 block of Old Hayden Road

• 3/24: A Warrior man, 29, was arrested on charges of assault third

• 3/27: A Trafford man, 31, and a Warrior man, 35, were arrested on charges of unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance at the 100 block of Dana Road
