The following incidents and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson police agencies for the week of April 6-April 13, 2009:



Gardendale arrests

• 4/9: A Gardendale man, 56, was arrested on charges of theft of property at the 800 block of Odum Road

• 4/10: A Warrior woman, 24, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 4/11: A Gardendale woman, 39, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 4/11: A Birmingham man, 49, was arrested on charges of DUI at Decatur Highway and Snow Rogers Road

• 4/13: A Gardendale man, 29, was arrested on charges of possessing burglary tools and attempted burglary at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road



Gardendale incidents

• 4/7: An unidentified bone was reported at the 700 block of Longwood Place

• 4/7: Theft of property (iPod, GPS system, queen size bed comforter, voice recorder, teeth whitening kit, toothpaste) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/7: Theft of property (GPS system) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/7: Domestic violence third was reported

• 4/7: An abandoned vehicle (traffic hazard) was reported at Mitzy Drive and Fieldstown Road

• 4/8: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at the 800 block of Brookline Road

• 4/9: Harassment was reported at the 900 block of Main Street

• 4/9: Theft of property (two cases of beer) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/10: Theft of property (clothing) was reported at the 800 block of Wal-Mart

• 4/10: Burglary and theft of property (iPod) was reported at the 2300 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 4/10: Reckless endangerment was reported at the 1200 block of Decatur Highway

• 4/10: Reckless endangerment and harassment was reported at the 1200 block of Decatur Highway

• 4/10: Assault third was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road

• 4/10: Robbery (money and clothing) was reported at the 300 block of Woodbrook Drive

• 4/11: Theft of property was reported at the 1100 block of Main Street

• 4/11: A domestic incident and suicide threat was reported at the 300 block of Catherine Court

• 4/11: Theft of property (bottle of Super Colon Cleanse) was reported at the 1000 block of Main Street

• 4/11: Theft of property (U.S. currency) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/11: Burglary (Sony PlayStation 2 game system and game cartridges) was reported at the 300 block of Ward Road

• 4/13: Attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road



Fultondale arrests

• 4/9: A Birmingham man, 51, was arrested on charges of DUI at Hwy. 31 and Courtland Drive

• 4/11: A Gardendale man, 24, was arrested on charges of public drunkenness at Logan’s Roadhouse

• 4/11: A Fultondale man, 21, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana at Fultonridge Apartments



Fultondale incidents

• 4/7: Harassing communications was reported at the 3600 block of Hightower Road

• 4/7: Burglary and theft from a public building were reported at Captain Kirk Auto

• 4/8: Burglary and theft of property (car) were reported at the 3300 block of Brisco Drive



Morris arrests

• 4/9: A Kimberly man, 21, was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment on Old Sardis Road and Sardis Road

• 4/10: A Docena man, 22, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia at Hwy. 31 and Riverbend Drive

• 4/11: A Warrior man, 33, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at Hwy. 31 and Old Hwy. 31

• 4/11: A Warrior woman, 34, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia at Kimberly Cutoff Road

• 4/11: A Morris man, 52, was arrested on two charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property third at the 8900 block of Glass Drive

Morris incidents

• 4/10: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Hwy. 31 S and Riverbend Drive

• 4/11: Unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Kimberly Cutoff Road

• 4/11: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property was reported at the 8900 block of Glass Drive

There were no arrests reported



Kimberly incidents

• 4/6: Assault third was reported at the 400 block of Lucas Drive



Warrior arrests

• 4/7: A Warrior man, 40, was arrested on charges of harassing communications at the 200 block of Main Street

• 4/8: A Warrior man, 42, was arrested on charges of DUI at Hwy. 31 and Cane Creek

• 4/9: A Warrior man, 44, was arrested on charges of DUI at Taco Bell

• 4/10: A juvenile was arrested on charges of burglary third and public intoxication at the 100th block of 10th ST W

• 4/10: An Anniston man, 26, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct at the 300 block of Cane Creek Road

• 4/11: A Sylacauga woman, 44, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of prescription drugs on Trafford Road

• 4/6: Theft of property (air compressor, compressor hose and bicycle) was reported at the 200 block of Kemp Drive

• 4/7: Criminal trespassing was reported at the 100 block of Dana Road

• 4/7: Robbery (cash and phone) and assault third was reported at McDonald’s

• 4/8: Theft of property (U.S. currency) was reported at the 600 block of Dana Road

• 4/8: Discharging a pellet gun in city limits was reported at the 300 block of McCant Drive

• 4/8: Harassing communications was reported at the 1400 block of Mabel Drive

• 4/8: Theft of property (cash) was reported at the 300 block of Seloca Road

• 4/9: Criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of Sanders Road

• 4/9: Domestic violence (assault) was reported at the 600 block of Hilltop Road

• 4/9: A domestic dispute was reported at the 900 block of Natchez Trail

• 4/10: Burglary of a vehicle and public intoxication was reported at the 100 block of Buckram Circle

• 4/10: Theft of property (DVD) was reported at the 200 block of 10th Street

• 4/11: Criminal mischief was reported at Chevron on Cane Creek Road

• 4/11 Criminal mischief was reported at the 600 block of Mae Circle

• 4/11: Unauthorized possession of marijuana second and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 200 block of Helen Street

• 4/12: Burglary and theft of property (cell phone and damaged glass door) was reported at T-Mobile.
