Gardendale arrests

• 8/27: A Pinson man, 18, was arrested at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana

• 8/29: A Birmingham man, 29, was arrested at the 600 block of 6th Avenue South in Birmingham on charges of harassment

• 9/3: A Collerville, Tenn. man, 31, was arrested at the 900 block of Main Street on charges of receiving stolen property

• 9/4: A Mt. Olive woman, 45, was arrested near the

intersection of Mt. Olive Boulevard and Mt. Olive Road on charges of domestic violence

• 9/4: A Cleveland man, 20, was arrested on Payne Road near Pecan Street on charges of possession/selling of precursor

chemicals

• 9/7: A Gardendale woman, 33, was arrested at the 900 block of Main Street on charges of attempting to commit controlled substance crime

9/3: Criminal possession of a forged incident was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road

• 9/3: Criminal mischief was reported at the 500 block of Buckskin Lane

• 9/3: Over legal limit for ephedrine purchases in a 30-day period was reported at Walmart

• 9/4: Domestic violence was reported near the intersection of Mt. Olive Road and Mt. Olive Boulevard

• 9/4: Burglary and theft of property were reported at the 1200 block of West Forest Drive

• 9/5: Burglary and theft of property were reported at the 1700 block of Laurel Lane

• 9/5: Theft of property was reported at the 700 block of Main Street

• 9/6: Theft of property was reported at the 2000 block of Albritton

• 9/6: Domestic violence was reported at the 1500 block of Pesnell Drive

• 9/6: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property were reported at the 600 block of Chapel Ridge Place

• 9/6: Criminal trespass was reported at the 1000 block of Grubbs Avenue

• 8/31: A Birmingham woman, 36, was arrested at Rite Aid on charges of obtaining with a forged/altered prescription

• 9/4: A Fultondale man, 29, was arrested at the northbound exit ramp onto Interstate 65 on charges of pedestrian under the influence

• 9/4: A Birmingham man, 32, was arrested at Rite Aid on charges of attempting to commit a controlled substance crime
