Benjamin Noah Woodruff of Hanceville, a Great Crossing High School graduate, completed the Marion Military Institute Fall 2024 semester on the college’s Dean’s List. This academic achievement requires a GPA of 3.5 or above.

Walter Mckinley Adams of Cullman, a Saint Bernard Prep graduate, completed the Marion Military Institute Fall 2024 semester on the college’s President’s List. This academic achievement requires a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Troy University has announced area natives who have been named to the Provost’s List for the Fall Semester and Term 2 of the 2024-2025 academic year. Full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who have a grade point average of at least 3.65 qualify for the Provost’s List.

Named to the list are: Sadie Land, Madelyne Grimmett, Kathryn Cleckler and Brinlee Holcomb of Cullman and Jodie Roden of Hanceville.

Southern New Hampshire University  has announced that Dylan McClure of Cullman and Kayla McCown of Arab have been named to the Fall 2024 Dean’s List.

Local students named to the Fall 2024 President’s List include: Sue Harris of Vinemont, Amber Scarvey, Christopher Sharp and Corey Griffin of Cullman, Christopher Hulsey of Arab and David Lindsey of Falkville.

Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law named 150 students to the Dean’s List for the fall 2024 semester. Area students making the list include Synclair Goyer of Bremen and Tanner Ridgeway of Arab.

The Mississippi College Office of Academic Affairs released the President’s List after the close of fall and spring semesters each academic year. Locals named to the list include Ella Murphree of Cullman and Joshua Plunkett of Arab.
