Trafficking: Crystal M. Phelps, 35, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Avenue NW.

Failure to appear- criminal trespass, third degree: Christopher P. Harris, 30, of Falkville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- expired tag: Jonathan C. Miller, 25, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication: Scott B. Cowart, 52, of Cullman arrested on Main Avenue SW.
