Scott Sessions seeking city school board seat

Scott Sessions has announced his intent to seek the Place 3 seat on the Cullman City School Board currently held by Lee Powell.

According to a press release, Sessions has served for over 20 years in ministry with the Nazarene churches in Alabama working on district finance, youth, and global committees and has experience in small business.

Born and raised in Alabama, Sessions wife Amy teaches in the city school system.

According to a press release, Sessions “… wants to put students and student athletes first in his role as a board member.” and “He will put financial sustainability at the forefront of the discussion.”
