Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Monday:

Theft of property, fourth degree: Brittany L. Helms, 31, of Hanceville arrested in Hanceville.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Joseph O. Tuminski, 38, of Waterloo arrested at the Morgan County line.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Jeffery L. Boatright, 52, of Hanceville arrested on Olive Street SW.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance: Steven A. Hardy, 32, of Cullman arrested on Donauer Drive SW.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Alvin L. Johnson Jr., 25, of Decatur arrested on Highway 31 N.

Failure to appear- obstructing government operations: Christian H. Stanberry, 28, of Cullman arrested on 3rd Street SE/ 1st Avenue SE.

Failures to appear- theft of property, third degree; providing false information to law enforcement: Unique N. Pendergraft, 26, of Cullman arrested on 3rd Street SE/ 1st Avenue SE.

Failures to appear- owner allow operation without insurance, DUI: Daniel R. Mann, 28, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle: Cherokee Avenue SW, damaged 2000 Chevrolet S10- $71.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle: Underwood-Petersville Volunteer Fire Department, Cherokee Avenue SW, miscellaneous equipment- $782.

Assault, third degree: Convent Road NE.
