RTS lineup set; new ticket packages announced

Rock the South lineup is set with the addition of several performers that were announced Friday.
The next step in anticipation of the May 31-June 1 music festival will be ticked sales, which begin Jan. 30 online at rockthesouth.com.
While fans will have to wait a few more days to begin purchasing tickets, the website offers a description of the traditional and expanded choices available this year. Early orders have a built in discount and will go up later as the event draws closer.
“We have a lot more options for everyone, such as the camping and RV areas,” said Rock the South co-owner Shane Quick. “In 2019, that’s what the audience wants. The traffic on our website doubled over the time last year. We’re anticipating not only a large crowd for our eighth year, but we believe the options we’re offering will be a hit, as well.”
Friday marked the final announcement of performers who will be at Rock the South. Jake Owen, Morgan Wallen, Colt Ford, Jimmie Allen, Travis Denning and HARDY were added. They will be joining Kid Rock, Florida Georgia Line, Brooks & Dunn, and Mitchell Tenpenny.
The times and days that each artists will take the stage will be announced soon.

The levels of ticket pricing and what they provide in the Super Fan Pre-Sale beginning Wednesday, include:
— Glamping Cot Rental, $2,300: Each person camping will receive a VIP ticket, 4 cots, 4 sleeping bags that you get to keep, pillow, bedside table, tent lock, fan, lighting, and check-in Thursday night and depart Sunday at 12 p.m.
— Glamping Bed Tent Rental, $1,900: Each person camping will receive a VIP ticket, a choice of either (1) queen or (2) twin memory foam mattresses, pillows, duvet and all linens, (1) table, (2) chairs, bath towels, fan, tent lock, lighting, check-in Thursday night and depart Sunday at 12 p.m.
— Premium RV Parking, $550: 20’ x 50’ site, closest parking to stage, Class A, B, or C/Fifth-Wheels, travel trailers, Includes 50A electrical hookup, access to fresh water, dump station, and showers, only one steering wheel per spot, check in Thursday night and depart Sunday at 12 p.m., each person must have a festival wristband.
— Camping, Middle Woods, $150: 20’x 50’ site. can be any Class B, fifth-wheel, pop-up, or tent camping. No access to electricity. Includes access to fresh water, dump station, and showers. Only one steering wheel per spot. Check in Thursday night and depart Sunday at 12 p.m. Each person must have a festival wristband.
— Primitive Camping, $105: 20’ x 25’ spot (tents and pop-ups only). Includes one steering wheel per spot. Includes no electricity. Access to showers. Portable restrooms. Check in Thursday night and depart Sunday at 12 p.m. Each person must have a festival wristband.
— Front Porch Seating, $599: An exclusive, covered VIP experience sitting high above the fans in front of the stage. Includes complimentary food and alcohol.
— Ultimate VIP, $599: Reserved seating directly in front of the stage, Private bar, cocktail servers, 4 rree drink tickets, air-conditioned private restrooms, and private entrance. (2 Day Ticket).
— VIP, $299: comfortable chair (provided), private bar, private air-conditioned restrooms, and private festival entrance. (2 Day Ticket).
— Platinum, $139: seat (provided) to watch the show on the Rock the South stage. Close to the action. 2-Drink tickets included!. (2 Day Ticket).
— General Admission, $69: This ticket provides you with entry into the biggest party in the South. Non-stop music, friends, cold beer, great food, and great memories. (2 Day Ticket).
