Tommy Gene Cooley, age 78, of Warrior, was called home on Monday, September 22, 2008. Funeral services were held at Messmer-Goodwin Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 1 p.m. with burial in Jefferson Memorial Trussville. Bro. Ron McKeever officiated. He was preceded in death by parents George Washington and Eala S. Cooley. Survivors: daughter’s Janice and her husband Jeff Higginbotham and Shelia Glenn and one grandson Triston Glenn and many friends and extended family.
