Failure to appear- driving without registration: James M. Watson, 43, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- leaving the scene of an accident, insurance violation: Michael C. Vernon, 45, of Birmingham arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended: Wesley N. Garrett, 37, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Richard C. Allaire, Jr., 59, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- violation of protection order (two counts): Westley L. Bagwell, 38, of Lake View arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- domestic violence, third degree: Justin W. Farr, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Joseph R. Overton, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Justin K. Kilpatrick, 31, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (four counts); unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Christian D. Barnett, 22, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW/ Cleveland Avenue.
