DUI: Amber L. Holloway, 39, of Cullman arrested on County Road 770.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, providing false information to law enforcement: Eric P. Dorton, 26, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.

Failures to appear- theft of property, fourth degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Missy L. Knight, 28, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- attempting to elude: Johnny G. Swann, Jr., 37, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts); criminal trespass, third degree; providing false information to law enforcement; attempting to elude; resisting arrest: Alan R. Fitzgerald II, 38, of Vinemont arrested on Hickory Avenue SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Pamela D. Allen, 40, of Montevallo arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.
