Criminal mischief: The Sports Center, 2nd Ave. SW, damaged window-$500.

Breaking/entering a motor vehicle: Modern Transportation Services, LLC, Commerce Ave. SW, tires/wheels-$10,000.

Theft of property, criminal mischief: Adelsheim Circle SW, jewelry-$2,540.

Harassment: Logan St. SW.

Burglary: AK Rentals, 2nd Ave. NW, equipment, damaged door-$2,740.

Burglary: Greencraft, Sportsman Lake Road NW, equipment, damaged door-$1,900.

Incidents

Failure to appear-theft of property: Aaron G. Welker, 25, of Decatur arrested on Highway 31 N.

Theft of property: Brittani L. Hutchinson, 25, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia: Terry W. Swann, 53, of Bremen arrested on 4th St. SW.

Bail jumping-possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, failures to appear-possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana: Jonathan Dwayne Cree, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana: Roy Neil Hopson, 50, arrested on County Road 1564.

Failure to appear-contributing to truancy: Rebecca Susanne Pettus, 44, arrested on Beech Ave.

Theft of property: Michelle Powers, 42, arrested on Logan St. SW.

Bail jumping-domestic violence/harassment and domestic violence-harassing communications; failures to appear-domestic violence-harassing communications (2 counts): John Charles Whitworth, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Sexual abuse of a child under 12 years of age: Glen Leon Yarbrough, 76, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

Incidents

Harassment: Doc Clemmons Road.

Theft of property: White Oak Circle.

Criminal mischief, breaking/entering a motor vehicle: County Road 709.
