Arrests
Theft of property, fourth degree: Constance L. Curtis, 34, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failures to appear- speeding, driving without a license (two counts), failure to signal: William J. Duke, 39, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear- insurance violation: Ryan M. Caldwell, 26, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 E.
Theft of property, third degree: Terena N. Westmoreland, 33, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.
Incidents
Domestic violence, third degree: Highway 157.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: 6th Avenue NE, backpack and contents- unknown value.
Burglary, third degree: First Church of the Nazarene, Highway 157, computers and miscellaneous- $1,700.
Criminal mischief, third degree: Lakeside Drive NW, damaged door- $250.
Theft of property, third degree: Belk, Cullman Shopping Center, miscellaneous- $1,314, arrest made.
Theft by deception, fourth degree: Cash and miscellaneous- $300.

Arrests
Grand jury- chemical endangerment of child: Billy Allen Alexander, 50, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts); unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; unlawful possession of a controlled substance: Jennifer Lynn Champion, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property, second degree: Dakota Chance Colburn, 23, arrested on County Road 1720.
Failure to appear- driving while revoked: Demarquis Quandrea Cole, 38, arrested at Rainbow Crossing.
Writ of arrest- child support: Shandale Renae Cox, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Grand jury- burglary, third degree: Constance Leigh Ann Curtis, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Probation revoked- unlawful possession of a controlled substance (three counts): William Jeffery Duke, 39, arrested on County Road 545.
Public intoxication: Scotty Wayne Glassco, 44, arrested on County Road 616.
Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Kimberly Johnson Graves, 51, arrested on County Road 109.
Failure to appear- negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument: Roger Matthew Hallmark, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Public intoxication: Michael Charles Hill, 54, arrested on Highway 278 E.
Nonsupport: Nathaniel Blake Huffstutler, 35, arrested on Morningside Drive.
