Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance: Richard D. Self, 54, of Cullman arrested on 1st Street SW/ 12th Way SW.

Failure to appear- receiving stolen property, fourth degree: Melanie K. Mead, 42, of Falkville arrested on County Road 1435.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Joshua A. Rodgers, 33, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree (two counts): William Cody Dollar, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Possession of prescription medicine; unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts); promoting prison contraband, second degree: Brittany Lee Edwards, 29, arrested at the CRMC ER.

Negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument: Patricia Mann Hollis, 68, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- unlawful possession of a controlled substance: DeAnn Elaine Johns, 53, arrested on County Road 438.

Failures to appear- attempting to elude, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication: Hannah Azalea Jones, 26, arrested on Beech Avenue SE.

Criminal mischief, third degree: Olivia Gail Makemson, 72, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Cody Wade Pate, 32, arrested on County Road 437.

Forgery, third degree: Michelle Powers, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication: Joshua Lee Steele, 33, arrested on County Road 1669.

Failure to appear- unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Brittany Lashaye Stiefel, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Criminal mischief, third degree: Garrell Rayburn White, 79, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication: Ryan Jacob Zeigler, 42, arrested on County Road 437.
