The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot for the July 17 primary runoff elections is Thursday, July 12. The application must be received by the Cullman County Circuit Clerk’s Office by close of business.

The last day for a voter to hand-deliver or postmark an absentee ballot is Monday, July 16.

The Cullman County Board of Education, Fairview/District 2, features a runoff between Shane Rusk and Michael Knop.
