Arrests

Attempting to elude: Erica Gibson, 31, of Sharps Chapel, Tenn. arrested on Lessman Circle SW.

Failures to appear- public intoxication (three counts); theft of property, fourth degree: Alan B. Mathis, 39, of St. Clair arrested in Warrior.

DUI, driving on wrong side of road: Hanna M. Hicks, 40, of Cullman arrested on Swafford Road SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree; criminal trespassing, third degree: Walmart, Olive Street SW, miscellaneous merchandise- $54, arrest made.
