Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Draven K. Hale, 19, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 157.

Receiving stolen property, first degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; attempting to elude: Whitney N. Thursby, 30, of Cullman arrested on 7th Avenue/ 7th Street.

Harassment: Donly K. Koshowsky, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle (three counts); possession of burglar’s tools: Ricardo R. Mitchell II, 28, of Coconut Creek, Fla. arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle (three counts); possession of burglar’s tools: Clinton L. Jones Jr., 26, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- driving while suspended: Jeffrey Jerome Epperson, 52, arrested at the Hanceville Police Department.

Public intoxication: Michael Allen Howard, 59, arrested in Good Hope.
