Arrests

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Angela M. Graves, 45, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (three counts): Lee Z. McClellan, 27, arrested on 3rd Avenue SE.

Failures to appear- driving without a license, insurance violation: Filiberto L. Tizapa, 26, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Avenue NW.
