Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Kaleb O. Cordes, 21, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Bjorn T. Monk, 27, of Vinemont arrested on 4th Street SW.
