Failure to appear- public intoxication: Joseph K. Gable, 22, of Cullman arrested on Oak Drive NE.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Shelly N. Curvin, 21, of Cullman arrested on Morgan Avenue NW.

Failure to appear- zoning law ordinance: Samuel A. Hook, 54, of Cullman arrested on Northwest Lane NW.

DUI- controlled substance: Christopher S. Jones-Wain, 33, of Attalla arrested on Highway 278/ Alabama Avenue.

Incidents

Criminal mischief, third degree: City of Cullman, Warnke Road NW, damaged backhoe- $500.

Criminal trespassing, first degree: Harmony Lane SW.

Burglary, third degree; theft of property, second degree: Walmart, Olive Street SW, general merchandise- $1,625.

Domestic violence, third degree: 7th Avenue SW.
