Theft of property, third degree: Miranda E. Smith, 33, of Falkville arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance (two counts); unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Steven L. Grant, 31, of Cullman arrested on Ward Avenue SW.

Receiving stolen property, second degree; reckless endangerment; attempting to elude: Timothy A. Boone, 24, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1623.

Public intoxication: Gina M. Biase, 38, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S/ Cherokee Avenue SW.
