Possession of drug paraphernalia: Heather J. Vann, 30, of Rainbow City arrested on Highway 278 W.

Obstruction/using false ID: Jonathan K. Smith, 44, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Donald J. Lynn Jr., 27, of Cullman arrested on Olive Street SW.
