Arrests

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (three counts), unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, certain person forbidden to possess pistol (two counts): James M. Criscoe, 31, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Burglary, third degree: St. Joseph Street NW, A/C and damaged door- $500.

Domestic violence, third degree: No other information provided.

Leaving the scene of an accident: 3rd Street SE/ 2nd Avenue SE, damage to 2013 Hyundai Veloster- $100.

Injury/ destruction of state property by convict or prisoner: James Michael Thomas Criscoe, 31, arrested on Highway 31 N.

Judge’s order- domestic violence, third degree- harassment (two counts), resisting arrest: Jeremy James Davis, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation denied- burglary, third degree, unauthorized use/ unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle: Takoda Jordan Graves, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Failure to appear- unlawful distribution of a controlled substance: James Tyler Hinman, 37, arrested on County Road 590.

Failure to appear- driving while revoked: James Preston Pierce Jr., 37, arrested on County Road 15.

Failure to appear- domestic violence, third degree- assault, third degree; writ of arrest- child support: Cru Alex Self, 30, arrested at the Bethel Sunoco.

Failure to appear- giving false name to law enforcement: Melissa Holmes Smith, arrested at North Walmart.

Contempt of court: Terry Lelan Turney, 52, arrested on County Road 222.
