Arrests

Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Morgan A. Duckett, 24, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forgery, third degree (two counts); possession of a forged instrument, third degree (two counts): Jeffrey A. Bryan, 32, of Baileyton arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Obstructing government operations; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Joshua L. Martin, 31, of Webster, Florida arrested on 2nd Avenue SW.

Failures to appear- driving without a license (two counts), insurance violation: Jeana M. Pendergraft, 49, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- DUI: Barry D. Woods, 60, of Cullman arrested on Adelsheim Circle.

Incidents

Domestic violence, third degree- harassment: Denson Avenue SW.

Criminal mischief, third degree: 2nd Avenue SW, damaged windshield- $500.
