Three incidents have led to the arrest of seven people on drug-related charges in Cullman County.

The Cullman Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) used a search warrant to enter a residence on County Road 1836 in the New Canaan community over the weekend. While inside the residence CNET agents and Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies found six grams of methamphetamine, 20 Valium pills, marijuana, a 9 mm pistol and other drug paraphernalia, leading to the arrest of five suspects, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office.

The following people were charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance:  Kellie Lynn Dozier, 25, Brent Everett Treadwell, 42, Christian Michelle Grace, 39, Arthur Lamar Grace, 39, and Daniel Ray White, 41, all of New Canaan.

In a separate incident, deputies recovered a meth lab and ICE, a purer form of meth. The meth lab was discovered when a deputy responded to a local business in the West Point area and discovered someone sleeping in a car. Corey Clifford Lindsey, 28, of Cullman, woke up and got out of the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle, deputies found a meth lab, hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia, according to the news release.

Lindsey was charged with unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1 million.

Deputies later were called to check on a car that had been parked near Exit 291 on Interstate 65. As the deputies approached the car, the driver attempted to leave but was stopped.

Before the driver came to a stop, deputies reported seeing something being thrown from the car. The deputies seized more than 10 grams of ICE, 20 Valium pills, a 9 mm pistol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

Randall Ray Sivley, 51, of Helena, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on a $5,000 property bond.

“This was a good weekend for the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office. We were able to get a meth lab and meth out of our community and also stopped a suspect from bringing ICE from the Birmingham area to Cullman, as well,” said Sheriff Matt Gentry. “I would also like to thank the CNET agents and the deputies for the great job they did this busy weekend.’’
