Arrests
Criminal trespassing: Christopher R. Thomas, 22, of Logan arrested on Highway 157.
Theft of property: Jada C. Byars, 42, of Moulton arrested in Morgan County.
Incidents
Leaving the scene of an accident: Highway 157, damage to 2012 Nissan Maxima-$5,000.
Criminal mischief: Mitchell Road NE, damage to 2014 Chevrolet Camaro-$500.
Identity theft: No information given.
Criminal trespassing: Wal-Mart Market, Highway 157, arrest made.
Criminal mischief: Hoeppner Lane NE, damage to 2011 Honda Accord-$1,200.
Unlawful breaking/entering a motor vehicle: Wisteria St. SE, medication/sunglasses.

Failure to appear-DUI (alcohol): Tracy Nicole Brasher, 26, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of marijuana: Trey Joseph Cunningham, 19, arrested on County Road 437.
DUI (alcohol): Michael Chandler Day, 37, arrested on Highway 91 at County Road 601.
Unlawful possession of marijuana: Matthew Raeshard Hall, 19, arrested on County Road 437.
Possession/use of a credit/debit card: Jesse Chavez McCroy, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Violation of family protection act: Joshua Braxton Pickering, 21, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Bail jumping-domestic violence, harassment; failure to appear-domestic violence, harassment: Rodney Mearl Shaw, 48, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
