Criminal trespassing: David W. Byrne, 22, of Holly Pond arrested on Highway 157.

Theft of property, forgery (2 counts), possession of a forged instrument (2 counts), grand jury indictments for breaking/entering a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card: Shannon D. Nickens, 30, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

DUI: Michael C. Persle, 19, of Arab arrested on 3rd St. SE.
