Arrests

Theft of property: Dakota J. Martin, 16 (adult status), of Holly Pond arrested at Cullman Shopping Center.

Theft of property: Davon T. Beebe, 19, of Cullman arrested at Cullman Shopping Center.

Receiving stolen property: Melanie K. Mead, 41, of Vinemont arrested on County Road 1301.

Incidents

Criminal mischief: Morgan Ave. SW, misc.-$20.

Theft of lost property: Jamie Hood Jewelers, Highway 157, laptop-$2,500.

Unlawful breaking/entering a motor vehicle: County Road 1301, purse and contents.

Probation violation-burglary (2 counts): Clayel Donovan Beam, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument: Brenda Diane Collins, 35, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Violation of protection order: Kevin William Crotty, 31, arrested on Chad Drive.

Stalking: James Doyle Curtis Jr., 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation denied-DUI (any substance): Natalie Regine Fields, 56, arrested at the courthouse.

Domestic violence, harassing communications: David Grant Gibbs, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-possession of a controlled substance: Zackery Scott Hodge, 27, arrested at Stuckey’s.

Plea agreement-burglary and receiving stolen property: Adam Lee Johnson, 34, arrested at the courthouse.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Lisa Marie Nolet, 22, arrested at Cullman Regional.

Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance: Aaron David Oyervidez, 24, arrested at the Days Inn.

Criminal mischief, domestic violence-harassment, public intoxication: Elizabeth Kylie Peebles, 24, arrested on Highway 69.

Obstruction of governmental operations, resisting arrest, failure to appear-possession of drug paraphernalia: Manual Lee Rodriguez, 39, arrested on County Road 1592.
