Ashley Uhrig, wife of Casey Uhrig, of Cullman was recently inducted into the Xi chapter of Kappa Delta Pi at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

Individuals are invited to membership in this largest of education honor societies on the basis of high academic achievement, worthy ideals and evidence of leadership attributes.

Kappa Delta Pi was founded in 1911, while Xi was established in 1922. Internationally, KDP has over 400 chapters and 57,000 members.
