Public intoxication: Brandon L. Hill, 25, of Falkville arrested on 1st Ave. SE.

DUI: Barry D. Woods, 59, of Cullman arrested on Swafford Road.

Theft of property: Wendy D. McDonald, 37, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 157.

Possession/receiving a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Colton J. Sanders, 24, of Cleveland arrested on Main Ave. SW.

Public intoxication: Kenneth F. Vernon, 55, of Hayden arrested on Highway 157.

Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana: Jeremiah Ross Cantrell, 21, arrested on County Road 1615.

Possession of prescription medicine: Bridget Nichole Carden, 31, arrested on Highway 69 N.

Probation violation-theft of property: Allen Lee Carter, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-attempting to elude, driving on wrong side of road, driving while license revoked, failure to signal, possession of marijuana: Wesley Kenneth Coleman, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument: Richard Anthony Covington Jr, 38, arrested on Highway 91.

Failure to appear-possession of prescription medicine: Ashley Talley Hayes, 31, arrested on County Road 1114.

Probation revoked-obstructing governmental operations (2 counts); failures to appear-improper taillights, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance: Joshua Dustin Locke, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
