Aaron D. Layne, age 72, of Warrior, left this walk of life on March 19, 2008. Mr. Layne was retired from the Army National Guard after 42 years of service for his state and his country. Services were held at Messmer-Goodwin Funeral Home on March 22, 2008 with burial in Warrior Cemetery. Bro. Burks Crane officiated. Mr Layne is survived by one son Dale Layne and one daughter Dana Layne, three brothers Harold Layne, Lamar Layne, Freddy (Carol) Layne and one sister Dororthy Hill and several several friends and extended family.
