Funeral services for David Wesley Borella, 77, of Cullman will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2008, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Michael Jones officiating, with interment in Ebenezer Cemetery in Vinemont.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Borella died Thursday, March 27, at his residence. He was born on Jan. 20, 1931, in Lewisburg, Ala., to George Wesley and Lena Belle Stover Borella. He was a rigger employed with U.S. Steel. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Borella of Cullman; two sons, Wesley Borella and Lloyd Borella; three daughters, Sylvia Borella Welch, Sharon Borella Beck and Phyllis Borella Clemons; the mother of his children, Doris Borella; a sister, Cornelia Morris; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
