Arrests

Failure to appear-driving without a license: Cary J. Oden, 21, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Theft of property: Daphne R. Hudson, 58, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Sarah L. Burks, 32, of Vinemont arrested on County Road 1087.

Attempt to elude, DUI, improper passing, running stop sign, failure to signal, speeding, reckless driving, driving while license revoked, expired tag, insurance violation: Alton W. Bagwell, 43, of Hanceville arrested on County Road 1371.

Failures to appear-expired tag, insurance violation (2 counts): Donald J. Lynn Sr., 56, of Vinemont arrested on 4th St. SW.

DUI: Phillip S. Tatum, 44, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 S.

Violation of protection order: Kevin William Crotty, 31, arrested on Chad Drive.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 county): Demetria Reed Dunn, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance: Dennis Lee Eason, 54, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
