Evelyn June (Wamp) Skipper

Evelyn June (Wamp) Skipper, 86, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016.

She is survived by her three children, Gregory Skipper, M.D., Stephen Skipper, J.D. and Donna ODell, Ph.D.

She will be buried next to her husband, Lt Col Edward E Skipper, in Cullman Cemetery near her beloved parents Louie Wamp and Lois Wamp. June is also survived by six wonderful grandchildren and three amazing great-grandchildren. June was the eldest of five children, Donald Wamp, Barbara Cope, Francis Brindley and Glenda Culver. June grew up on the Wamp farm in South Cullman and followed her pilot husband first all over the United States, and then all over the world, living in Ankara, Turkey from 1961 to 1964 and the Panama Canal Zone from 1970 to 1974.
