A probable cause hearing this morning for the man accused of the shooting death of a Battleground man just concluded, which means the case is headed to a grand jury.
Isaac Wayne Hill, 19, is charged with murder after the March 12 shooting death of Wesley Shannon “Chocolate” Taylor Jr, outside a residence on County Road 1101 in the Corinth community.
The hearing was held before District Judge Kim Chaney.
Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry said Taylor was shot with a .12 gauge shotgun. Hill remains in the Cullman County Detention Center on a $65,000 cash bond.
