Former Sen. Jack Biddle honored by House

Former State Sen. Jack Biddle was recently honored with a resolution honoring him for his accomplishments in state government.

The resolution acknowledges Biddle’s role in creating the Joint Highway Committee and his dedication to industrial development. The measure also recognizes Biddle’s experience as a special agent in the Counter-Intelligence Corps of the United States Army, his experience in real estate development and corporate management, his role on civic boards and devotion to his family.

“Be it resolved by the Legislature of Alabama that with the utmost admiration and ultimate appreciation, the service of Mr. Jack Biddle to the Permanent Joint Transportation Committee and the State of Alabama is commended,” the resolution said.
