Members elected to Morris hoops board

The Morris Youth Association will have a workday today from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• The Morris Youth Associ-ation soft-ball/baseball clinic will be held tomorrow at the park from 1 to 4 p.m. for elementary ages only. The cost is $25 and includes a t-shirt and a free pass to every home game if camp t-shirt is worn. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. No pre-registration. Camp will be held by North Jefferson softball and baseball coaches. The rain-out site is the North Jefferson Middle School gym.

• Congratulations to the following Morris Youth Association Basketball Board members for 2008/2009: Anthony Wallace, commissioner; Bobby Swindle, asst. commissioner; Jeff Chandler, player agent; Shana Gooch, secretary; and Melissa Jones, fund-raiser.
