Dovie Kennedy, age 67, of Foley (formerly of Warrior), left this walk of life on April 8, 2008. Services were held at Trafford Church of God on April 10, 2008 at 2 p.m. with burial in Elvester Cemetery. Rev. Kevin White officiated. Survivors: husband William Kennedy,

daughter Deborah Dean, son Kenneth Gipson, sisters Betty (Robert) White, Reva (Luther) James, brothers John, Robert, Garland, Earl and Jerrell White also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
