As reported by The North Jefferson News earlier this month, Kiley is accused in an incident that occurred at the Circle K/BP store on Fieldstown Road on Sunday, June 7, in which a female store clerk fought off the suspect’s attempts to drag her away from the store. Kiley was caught after Gardendale Police posted still images from surveillance video of the incident; a Tarrant Police officer recognized Kiley and picked him up.

Kiley previously served 20 years in prison on convictions for rape, sodomy and kidnapping.

His next court appearance will be in August.
