GARDENDALE ARRESTS

• 7/28: A Gardendale man, 25, was arrested at the 600 block of Brookwood Court on charges of public intoxication

• 7/28: A Gardendale man, 37, was arrested at the 4400 block of Sierra Lane on charges of third-degree domestic violence

• 7/28: A Gardendale man, 36, was arrested at the 300 block of Watson Way on charges of being a fugitive from justice

• 7/30: A Fultondale man, 19, was arrested at the 800 block of Odum Road on charges of second-degree possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a controlled substance

• 8/2: An Irondale man, 18, was arrested at Church Lane on charges of receiving stolen property 1st

• 8/2: A Birmingham man, 23, was arrested at Fieldstown Road on charges of theft of property 1st

• 8/2: A Gardendale man, 28, was arrested at the 900 block of Main Street on charges of criminal mischief 2nd

GARDENDALE INCIDENTS

• 7/28: Theft of property 2nd (trailers) was reported at the 400 block of Decatur Hwy.

• 7/28: Theft of property 2nd (personal bag and contents) was reported at Walmart

• 7/28: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle (radar detector) was reported at the 700 block of Goldenrod Drive

• 7/28: Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card was reported at Walmart

• 7/29: Second-degree unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property (checkbook holder, cash, drugs) was reported at the 300 block of Jamestown Manor Drive

• 7/29: Menacing was reported at the 6800 block of Garrett Road

• 7/29: First degree burglary and theft of property (television, computer, cash, jewelry) was reported at the 4700 block of Thornhill Road

• 7/30: Second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance was reported at Walmart

• 8/1: Second-degree theft of property (lawn and garden equipment) was reported at the 4600 block of Newfound Road in Mt. Olive

• 8/2: First-degree theft of property and receiving stolen property (vehicles, trailers) was reported at the 1900 block of Moncrief Road

• 8/2: Second-degree Theft of property  (purse/handbag/wallet, smartphone) was reported at Walgreens

• 8/2: Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported at the 2200 block of Pinehurst Drive

FULTONDALE ARRESTS

• 7/30: A Bessemer man, 50, was arrested at the 600 block of U.S. Hwy. 31 on charges of public intoxication

• 7/30: A Fultondale man, 25, was arrested at the 1200 block of Walker chapel Road on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia

• 7/28: Theft from a public building and damage to business property (air conditioning units) was reported at the 2000 block of Decatur Highway

• 7/28: A recovered spent round was reported at the 600 block of Chapel Creek Court

• 7/28: Theft from residence (golf clubs) was reported at the 300 block of Main Street

• 7/28: Illegal possession of a debit/credit card was reported at the 5800 block of 33rd Street

• 7/28: Damage to business property was reported at Applebees

• 7/29: Theft from yards was reported at the 1200 block of Lane Avenue

• 7/29: Theft from yards (fire place, gas tank, air conditioning unit, gun safe) was reported at the 1200 block of Lane Avenue

• 7/29: Robbery in the street with a weapon (cash, cell phone) was reported on Stouts Road near the Kiddy Park

• 7/29: Burglary (computer, television, jewelry box) was reported at the 900 block of Cody Circle

• 7/30: Aggravated assault and menacing with a gun was reported at the 1400 block of Stouts Road

• 7/30: Found property (purse) was reported at the 2500 block of Stouts Road

• 7/30: Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at City Hall

• 7/30: Auto theft was reported at the 600 block of Stoneybrook Lane

• 8/1: Burglary of a residence by force and theft of property (ammunition, air compressor, pressure washer) was reported at the 700 block of Central Avenue

• 8/1: Burglary of a residence by force and theft of vehicle parts (television, video game console, video games, tools, car battery, copper plumbing and wire) was reported at the 4700 block of Indian Valley Road

• 8/1: Theft of property (used tires) was reported at the 300 block of Main Street

• 8/1: Possession of marijuana and possession of a sawed-off rifle/shotgun was reported at Loden Lane

• 8/2: Theft of property (wallet) was reported at Libbie’s Nails
